Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Vehicle Fitment Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to verify that all products ordered are compatible with their specific vehicle year, make, model, and trim. While we make every effort to provide accurate fitment data, we recommend confirming compatibility before purchasing. Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We strive to ensure accurate pricing, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Payment

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Affirm financing. All payments are processed securely. By selecting Affirm or Shop Pay Installments at checkout, you agree to the respective financing provider's terms and conditions.

Shipping

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary by location and carrier. HIGH ROAD Suspension is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Please review our Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return Policy. Please review it before placing your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within the specified timeframe.

Warranty

Products sold by HIGH ROAD Suspension are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. HIGH ROAD Suspension does not provide additional warranties beyond what the manufacturer offers. Warranty claims must be filed directly with the manufacturer or through our support team for assistance.

Installation

HIGH ROAD Suspension is not responsible for damages resulting from improper installation. We highly recommend professional installation for all suspension components. Installation videos are available on our YouTube channel as a reference guide only.

Limitation of Liability

HIGH ROAD Suspension shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use products purchased from our store. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

Discount Codes

Discount codes are single-use, cannot be combined with other offers, and may have minimum purchase requirements. HIGH ROAD Suspension reserves the right to modify or discontinue discount codes at any time.
