The Dirt King Long Travel Suspension System is engineered to dramatically enhance off-road handling while maintaining excellent day-to-day drivability. Up front the system delivers 13.5” of travel and supports up to a 35” tire offering substantial improvements in articulation and clearance. Designed for both 2WD and 4WD models when paired with extended axle shafts the kit utilizes 1” stainless steel uniballs in place of traditional ball joints for increased strength. Compared to the competition we’ve gained several inches of ground clearance by mounting the lower arms in the factory location instead of below it. The system is fully CAD-designed, rigorously tested, and proudly manufactured in the USA.

In the rear the long travel spring-under kit provides up to 17.5” of usable travel when combined with the Dirt King bed cage and Deaver H70HD leaf springs. While the factory driveshaft can be retained for 16” of travel, a custom driveshaft unlocks the full 17.5” capability. Together the front and rear kits create a balanced, high-performance suspension package that transforms the vehicle’s capability without compromising reliability or everyday usability.

• Bed Cage Spec Fox 16" Triple Bypasses: The Dirt King bed cage spec Fox bypass shocks are custom-tuned for optimal performance across varied terrain, offering a smooth yet progressively firmer ride, with easy adjustability.
• Prefab Bed Cage: The Dirt King Prefab Bed Cage offers a high-performance, easy-to-install suspension upgrade with minimal bed intrusion, superior shock placement, and enhanced stability compared to cantilever systems.
• Spring Under Kit: The long travel spring under kit delivers up to 17" of rear suspension travel with this package.
• Deaver H70HD Springs & Hardware: The Deaver H70HD Progressive Series springs provide a smooth, performance-driven ride for Tacoma by using a high-count, flexible leaf stack, and when paired with Dirt King's long travel kit and bed cage, they enable up to 17" of rear suspension travel.
• 1" Differential Drop Kit (4WD): Lowers the front differential by 1", reducing CV angles to protect drivetrain components on lifted vehicles or those with long-travel suspensions.
• 2" Wheel Spacers: Forged Alloy's hub-centric wheel spacers are precision-machined from aerospace-grade aluminum and built with heavy-duty steel studs for superior strength, durability, and performance enhancement.
