Description

The FOX Performance Elite Series 2.5 coilovers are engineered to enhance the 2005-2023 Toyota Tacoma 4WD platform by providing a level ride height and increased suspension articulation. These coilovers utilize an external reservoir and Dual Speed Compression (DSC) adjusters to resolve heat-related damping fade during off-grid travel. By allowing for precise tuning of the suspension, this system ensures the vehicle remains stable and controlled across a variety of terrains and load configurations.

Features

• Dual Speed Compression (DSC) Adjuster: A user-tunable compression adjustment system provides the ability to quickly adapt shocks for load, environment, and driving style to ensure stability through all types of terrain.

• External Reservoir: An external reservoir design separates shock oil from high-pressure nitrogen to provide efficient heat dissipation and increased oil capacity to ensure cooler operation and sustained performance.

• Hard Anodized Aluminum Body: A 2.5-inch impact extruded and CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum body provides resistance to rust and corrosion to ensure long-term durability and wear protection.

• Race-Developed High-Flow Piston: An application-specific high-flow piston provides optimized damping characteristics to ensure consistent performance over rough terrain and improved on-road manners.

• Hard Chrome Plated Shaft: A 7/8 inches heat-treated alloy steel shaft provides high-strength durability to ensure reliable operation under demanding conditions.

Notes

• Sold by the Pair: Includes two rear shock absorbers.
